FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Our reception is open 24-hours a day

  • 1. Connect to the WI-FI signal ‘Quest Perth Ascot’ and the login page will launch.

    2. Enter the registered Guest SURNAME and ROOM NUMBER (put in 'A' or 'B' as required for room) to connect.

    3. Press ‘Login’ to enjoy complimentary internet

    TROUBESHOOTING:

    • ‘Forget the Network’ and try process again

    • Have you entered the correct Surname? You may need to check with reception

    • Have you entered an ‘A’, ‘B’ or ‘AB’ after the room number if applicable.

  • If internet connection on your TV is not working, follow these steps:

    1. Go to settings (look for cog wheel)

    2. Press 'Network' (purple icon)

    3. Press 'WI-FI connections'

    4. Press 'QTV' and enter Password - 97979797

  • • To operate, press the ON button. To select the desired temperature, use the UP and DOWN arrows.

    • Please make sure all balcony doors are CLOSED as there is a sensor which will turn off the air conditioner if doors are not closed all the way.

    • Ensure your room key is placed in the slot by the door to activate power.

    TROUBLESHOOTING:

    • Is a room card placed in the power slot at the entrance of the apartment? Unit will not operate without power

    • Is your balcony door completely shut? There is a sensor on the door and the unit will not work if the door is even slightly open

    • If in the 1-Bedroom apartment - do you have the units on the same temperature? The units come from the same compressor on the roof,, so must be on the same temperature

    • If COOLING, you must have the Snow flake symbol set. If HEATING, you must have the Sun symbol set

    • If you’ve pressed the control buttons multiple times, we may need to reset the compressor

  • Secure Quest Car Park is located on LEVEL 1. You will need your room key to access the door into the hotel and to access the gate to the parking area.

    Complimentary parking is available on the GROUND LEVEL. Please enter through the main entrance of the hotel between 11pm and 5.30am.

  • Familiarise yourself with the emergency procedures displayed on the back of your apartment door.

    • In the event of a fire, a continuous warning bell will sound.

    • You need to evacuate the building via the nearest emergency staircase.

    • This will take you to the street level on either Harper Terrace or Mends Street.

    • You will be advised when it's safe to return to your room by staff.

  • We offer a shuttle Monday to Friday - 4am to 5pm, excluding public holidays.

    This shuttle must be booked 24-hours in advance.
